All my life I’ve only used your standard roll-on deodorant. I’ve used the clear kind and the white kind, but they’ve always been solid roll-ons. Keep reading for how you can win a coupon for a free Dry Idea AdvancedDry deodorant for yourself!
So when I got the Dry Idea AdvancedDry sample from the Purex Insiders program, I was a little surprised when I opened it. At the risk of sounding like a deodorant dummy, I’d never even heard of liquid deodorants.
I’ve been using Dry Idea AdvancedDry for a full month now. I had to get used to it because the first time I put it on the smell was so strong that I gave myself a headache. (I’m sensitive to strong smells)
After a few days, I got used to it and began to enjoy the smell so much that I began using it before I went to bed. This will hopefully come in handy during the summer. Since I live in Honolulu, you can imagine that during the fall and summer months the heat gets pretty awful, especially since my home doesn’t have air conditioning.
The company sent me the Fresh scent, which smells great and fits its simple description. It simply smells fresh!
Dry Idea AdvancedDry boasts that it is fast drying and this is relatively true, though I don’t have prior roll-on deodorant experience to draw from to compare. It does dry even if you just go about your business getting dressed after rolling it on. I can usually feel a moist squishy feeling in my armpits for a couple of minutes until it dries up. Dry Idea also comes in Powder Fresh, Regular, and Unscented.
In conjunction with their blogger reviews, Purex is holding a sweepstakes called Never Let Let Them See You Sweat for people to enter to win $500.
In the meantime, I have some coupons to give away! The coupons are good for 1 FREE Dry Idea AdvancedDry deodorant with a maximum value of $5.50. You can get either the roll-on, gel, or aerosol type. To enter, just tell me which type you would buy if you won. Roll-on, gel, or aerosol.
