REVIEW: The Same Sky by Amanda Eyre Ward

It’s been a 2015 of catching up on what I fell behind on during the 2014 holiday break and now I finally get to say I finished reading a novel in the new year. I can’t remember how exactly I heard about this one, but I got it through NetGalley, so likely it came through a promotional email they sent out. Regardless, I’m glad I applied for it, as it was a wonderful and touching read.

‘The Dummy Line’ is a Quick Enjoyable Thriller

Last month, I borrowed ‘The Dummy Line‘ by Bobby Cole from the Kindle Lending Library and sped through it in just two nights. Although the plot is pretty simple, the events that happen and the way the story is written keep you on your toes and provides a very exciting book. The narrative takes some getting used to since it switches to different people constantly, but after a while you understand why the author wrote it that way. It’s just a little jarring at times.
