Ideal Candidates
Qualifications and experience aren’t the only things I look for in a team member. Here are some things I take into consideration when expanding my team:
Online Availability
I maintain a Slack office, and being active in it keeps us working nicely together. Frequent access to email is a huge plus.
Tech Savviness
I need team members who are already experienced and comfortable with standard software programs and apps.
Online Payments
While I understand that many businesses still pay by check, being able to pay subcontractors online makes things a lot easier on my end.
