April’s right around the corner! I know people were just suffering through late snowstorms and others are now going through Pollengeddon. You all have my sympathies. You’re definitely stronger than I am. I mean, I wear a sweater once it hits 70F.

This Sunday just so happens to be Easter Sunday and April Fool’s Day at the same time. It’s also my birthday, so I’m trying to decide whether I should stick to my keto diet or just have a cheat day. I’m leaning toward no and just having a bunch of chocolate SmartCakes with sugar-free frosting. I haven’t tried making this yet, but I have a bag of confectioner’s erythritol that I could use. Hmm…
