Woohoo! We made it to July. I hope wherever you’re reading this, you’re safe and doing well. I’m currently in the middle of mango madness, where I pick something like 30 mangoes a day then frantically cube and freeze them for summertime smoothies later. I’m starting my fifth gallon ziploc bag today, and this isn’t even the height of the season.
This one actually happened to me recently, and it was seriously like scratching the itchiest itch of them all. I was so happy. No one else in my house cared, but I’ll bet my fellow edibuddies read this and get a little tingle of excitement just reading about it.
Yes, we get excited about weird things.
